Verna’s a new kind of scientist. Saul loves her but can’t help feeling empty like Tina, one of Verna’s subjects. Ikeman loves Tina, and struggles to fill the void when she leaves him. In The Living Room, sometimes it’s easier to love a coffee table than a human being.
